Neighborhood & Parkway Projects
Each year, Trees For Houston partners with neighborhood associations, garden clubs, civic associations, boy scout troops and individuals to plant trees along the esplanades and sidewalks in Houston. We believe these plantings foster neighborhood pride and help make our city a greener and cleaner place to live.
Since 1993, Trees For Houston has been beautifying roadsides throughout the city as part of our program to make Houston a greener and cleaner place to live. Partnerships with neighborhood associations, garden clubs, civic associations, boy scout troops and individuals to plant trees along Houston esplanades and sidewalks is crucial to the success of these programs.
