Our 18th annual Roots & Shoots Sporting Clays Classic was a smashing success. We are grateful for the 61 team purchasers, 25 sponsors, and a dozen donors supporting Trees For Houston’s mission and the 240 participants who joined us for a morning of fun and fundraising.
This year’s event set a record, raising $318,000 in support of Trees For Houston’s effort to grow, plant, and maintain trees.
On behalf of the event leadership committee – Kenny Bou, Kimberly Glasspool, Rhett Rentrop, Patricia Ritter, Tom Ritter, and Lou Waters – we extend big thanks to all the participants and sponsors – especially our leading sponsors CenterPoint Energy, Joe Cleary and Cleary Construction, Floodbreak, Twinwood Farms, and United Clearing Services. A big shout-out to our amazing sponsors whose contributions took our event to the next level.
SAVE THE DATE for our 19th annual shoot – Friday, October 8, 2027!
Thank you to our
