Adult Education: Fruit Tree Class

  • Trees For Houston 1911 W 34th St Houston United States (map)

Trees For Houston is excited to announce our partnership with Urban Harvest for our first-ever Fruit Tree Care class!

Join us on January 24th from 10:00 AM–12:30 PM for an in-depth, hands-on educational session taught by Randall Mosman of Urban Harvest, who brings over 20 years of experience growing fruit trees in Houston. Participants will learn best practices for planting, maintaining, and successfully growing tropical and subtropical fruit trees in the Houston area.

This 2.5-hour, in-person class will be held at the Trees For Houston facility. Each participant will leave with their own fruit tree (Elderberry or American Persimmon) and the knowledge needed to care for it for years to come.

The cost for this class is $40 per person. Registration is required, and participants must both reserve a spot through SignUpGenius and submit payment using the link provided here.
